Description

A well built and comfortable Swedish fast cruiser with excellent performance. She has a six berth layout with a double aft cabin, central heating, recently serviced engine, some 2017 sails, Raymarine chart plotter in 2017, new teak in cockpit and hull professionally epoxied in 2016. Last surveyed in 2014. Her owner has cruised her locally and to the Continent. He is now retiring from offshore cruising.

Construction

Built in 1988 by Comfortbater AB, Sweden. Sail number 624. White grp hull with blue style stripes. HULL EPOXIED IN 2016 (preventative measure). White grp coachroof with cream moulded non skid decks. Lead fin keel. Tiller steering to balanced rudder. Teak to cockpit seats, NEW in 2018. Self draining gas locker with in line valve. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Alloy toe rails.


This is a very well constructed and engineered yacht that has proved to be a safe and fast passage maker. There are over 1000 Comfortina's afloat, mainly in Germany, Holland and Sweden.

Located under companionway. Volvo Penta 2002 marine diesel engine, 1988. 18 hp. Twin cylinders. Sea water cooled. Saildrive to fixed two blade propeller (2009 diaphragm). Single lever engine control. 50 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank. Approx. 6 knots cruising and 7 knots maximum speed. Approx 90nm range. The engine has been professionally serviced in 2019 and annually before. Hours are unrecorded.



Two 12V batteries charging via engine alternator and 240V shore power charger with battery management system.
