Who is Procharter?
We manufacture work boats in a very unique way. Our boats are designed to go out In really bad weather and often more than 60 miles (100kms) offshore. They get tossed around, waves breaking over them, even fully laden but unlike pleasure boats, they don't fall to pieces, even when they are in storm force 8/10 seas doors don't come loose, panelling doesn't fall down. Why? Because they are built to be rugged and strong. We build our boats using all composite materials. Although this ls expensive it makes a very light boat that is much stronger than a boat built using marine ply. The finished weight of this boat will be around 15 tonnes. incredibly low, which means high performance from low horsepower, extremely fuel efficient giving low running costs and long range cruising capabilities. She is fitted with 945hp, she will cruise at up to 30kts and have a top speed up to 40kts giving a 1500nm range without stopping for diesel.
